Grading and Paving
A vacant Lot used to store heavy electrical equipment had an issue with getting equipment stuck in the mud during the rainy season in Bakersfield.
The solution was to reshape the lot and to add a crown in the middle of the property to allow proper drainage. Once the ground was graded, a redwood header board was installed along the perimeter of the property to create a seamless edge for the asphalt to join to.
Finally 1/2 inch Hotmix asphalt was applied to create a brand new surface to store the Electrical Equipment and prevent and further complications with getting stuck in the mud! It turned out beautifully and solved a frustrating problem.
